This was my first trip to Ellen’s in the new premises. On arrival, no one greeted me like before so I was left standing for a minute or so. It was clean apart from some cleaning materials visible (sponges etc). I was happy with the shellac, but when I got home I noticed there was still quite a lot of hard skin on my heels despite it being a spa pedicure, this was disappointing. Staff are lovely, friendly, but I don’t think I’d book again.

All of the girls are amazing at what they do attention to detail is second to none very professional would not go anywhere else. The atmosphere is so clam and peaceful kind and friendly 10 out 10 for everything.
