Maybe my 6th/7th visit? Usually a great experience but the girl doing my nails this day maybe on an off day? She was quite cold and actually tutted at me and seemed really annoyed when one of my nails smudged during drying - I had apologised! She did a good job and I'll probably still return but I didn't enjoy my visit as much as usual.
