The nail file used was old, and had been used on clients before me. I wouldn't normally mind this but she filed so much that I had cuts and friction burns on most of my fingers afterwards. One of my fingers was swollen after too. I should've said something there but I didn't feel comfortable. the manicure didn't last, I got gel overlays and two of my nails broke shortly after.
I was meant to get a spray tan but I changed my mind after because my hands were so sore I just wanted to leave.

I’ve never been more delighted with my nails! After having them destroyed by another salon I just couldn’t believe the care Venus took to make them look and feel great again. 3 weeks now + no lifting or breaking at all. Can’t wait to come back :)

The staff are lovely I was very happy with my eyebrows and nails, great job, the only thing I have a problem with is the loo needs a complete overhaul

Such A Delightful Experience always does an amazing job i get 3 weeks out of my shellac no chipping peeling nothing there perfect would highly recommend ... very calm clean professional salon very friendly its great to be able to sit back and relax getting ur nails done knowing ur in great hands thanks again
