Have had my nails done 3/4 times in Ellen’s now. I like to think I’m becoming a regular. Aimee, Venus, Jun and Annie are all so pleasant and their attention to detail is so professional. They always recommend nail colours based on inspiration pics I find online and are able to recreate for me. It’s great.

The nail file used was old, and had been used on clients before me. I wouldn't normally mind this but she filed so much that I had cuts and friction burns on most of my fingers afterwards. One of my fingers was swollen after too. I should've said something there but I didn't feel comfortable. the manicure didn't last, I got gel overlays and two of my nails broke shortly after.
I was meant to get a spray tan but I changed my mind after because my hands were so sore I just wanted to leave.
