I hate leaving negative reviews, but I didn’t have a great experience here. The girl who did my nails was nice, but I’ve never been to a place where the treatment was so slow (e.g. 50 mins in and no BIAB applied yet). She also kept accidentally filing my skin more than my nails, causing it to bleed a couple of times, the filing burnt my nails a few times and she almost clipped my finger with the clippers several times (I pulled away before it happened). I think the staff need more training.
