My recent experience here was horrific. I came in for a blonding treatment. I was left with bleach on my scalp for 40+ minutes, which left me with bleach burn blisters and the final result was a blinding yellow ring of fried hair around my scalp with the rest of my hair stripped to different shades. I was not offered a refund. I then received an Olaplex treatment and a toner application as “compensation”. Will not recommend or return anymore. Offering people services requires people skills.
