Lorena is a knowledgeable professional, my treatment was meant to be simply a relaxing Birthday gift, but Lorena found several problem areas without me pointing them out and worked hard to resolve these. She is a lovely young lady, full of empathy alongside the professionalism. I shall definitely be returning for another treatment from her.
