Very thorough, efficient experience. I always feel awkward with chatting, but the hairdresser was v professional, and I was happy to sit in peace. A nice atmosphere, surrounded by happy customers who seem to come often. Would have liked a bit of background music, but overall really delighted with my experience. I will be back again.
