I arrived on time for my appointment, was left waiting 24 mins before questioning the delay in being seen. Therapist had not been told I had arrived. Therapist was clearly extremely annoyed and made the appointment unpleasant as clearly wanted to address the issue with staff member who had booked me in. Eyebrow tint and wax was poorly administered and not satisfactory at all. Very disappointed with the appointment.

David is my stylist for several years now. He is excellent at his job and always discusses colour choices and cut with me beforehand and is really good at giving me suggestions on what would suit me. I,m so delighted to have a great stylist that I can trust to do my hair to my liking.
