I had a wonderful experience getting the keratin treatment with Paula. She was so friendly, and made me feel at ease. It is clear that she is very skilled at the keratin treatment, as she did a wonderful and thorough job - I am in love with my new hair!! This treatment takes time but it’s worth it.

As always essense just keeps shining. The best salon I’ve ever been two in all my life. Raquel is my angel and David n Pauli amazing stylists. And Natasha gave me the best manicure I’ve had in twenty yrs. well done guys. Xx katie

David was amazing. He really listened to what I wanted and gave his advice and opinion of what would look the best. David had such attention to detail and was so reassuring throughout the whole appointment.All the staff were so friendly and professional. I am thrilled with my new hair and will definitely be going back from now on.

Natasha was so lovely. Did an amazing french tips mani and pedicure so skilful! Really happy with how they turned out and will definitely be back for the relaxing treatment
