Racquel did my Hollywood hot wax and because it was 5 months since my last one (due to the Covid lockdown), I was nervous before the appointment. I had also never been to Essence so I was not familiar with the staff or salon. Racquel put me at ease immediately; she is professional, polite and caring. My wax took 10-15 minutes and was one of the least painful I have experienced - a huge thank you to her. At €45, this is great value and I will return in a few weeks. Thank you Racquel! xo

Highly recommended this place I got an amazing head shoulder and neck massage, facial eye brow tint shape and eye lash tint to whole treatment was Amazing Natasha was Amazing and she provided such a comfortable relaxed atmosphere for me and the whole salon is covid friendly I was welcomed by a lovely gentleman who explained the covid 19 questionnaire and the washing your hands policy
