As usual my experience in essence was fabulous. They are so caring! And so good at what they do

The massage was nice however I was meant to have an hour and only got 40 mins And was 15 mins late going to the room. There was no consultation done and the therapist never asked me about the pressure or wether I would or would not like oil in my hair. I was disappointed overall

I had a deep tension neck shoulder and back massage with Raquel Lopes and I can honestly say it was the best massage I ever got! The results I achieve were better than I could have hoped for. I had been having a lot of pain in my neck and shoulder and she was quickly able to identify the source an worked wonders to work on the muscles an are in question. I already can’t wait for my next visit! Thank you Raquel for such a wonderful experience! Salon beautiful and room was so relaxing too!

A lovely facial but unfortunately 15 minutes shorter than the duration advertised which was a little disappointing.
