Excellent massage. Natasha was fantastic! A lot of talking in the hall outside the treatment room though which took away from the relaxing experience.

I got my hair coloured and cut by head stylist David. As usual, David was attentive, chatty and professional towards me. The colour is lovely and I loved the cut. David was full of chat during my visit.
