I booked for a chocolate massage and when I arrived she thought it was the coconut massage. I corrected her and said 'no, it's the chocolate one' but she still did coconut.... When the chocolate was the whole reason I booked, I wanted to experience it. Then she left the room about 4 times during the treatment. It was a nice enough massage but I couldn't fully relax when she kept leaving. She didn't wash her hands when she came back in either.

Raquel was very professional and friendly towards me. She did my shellac nails for me and I was very pleased with them. The eye brow trim was also good.
