My facial was good. There was no explanation of the products being used, I'd have liked this. I was not asked if I had any skin allergies or irritations. The steam machine exploded during my treatment and extractions were done without it. It hurt a lot. It was also pretty frightening. There was no mention of this afterwards which I'd have appreciated. The receptionist could have been a lot friendlier. Otherwise the salon is fine, it is basic enough but the treatment was performed fine apart from exploding electrical items filled with water near my face
