I’ve been here once before and had a lovely massage with Natasha. But this time was with someone different and it was not good. I booked a back, shoulder and scalp massage. The masseuse didn’t seem well trained, and just did the same few places on my back and shoulders over and over, and never touched my scalp at all. The linens on the massage table were very damp. And the room we were in was super small (the masseuse had to literally squeeze between the table and the wall to reach my right side), cold, and loud - I could hear staff and clients openly chatting in the hall.
