Great experience - professionally done and lovely atmosphere

I really enjoyed my visit, I do like a deeper massage, it was lovely just too gentle for me. I loved my facial, my skin felt so clean and fresh. I will definitely be back for a facial.

This service was absoloutly shocking. The "hairdresser "and her asiisitant spoke very little english and spoke Spoanish the whole time. I went in for a full head of highlight and left as if nothing has been done to my hair. I still hav awful roots. Both girls did not seem like they knew what they were doing, not even section the hair properly or knowing to to properly put a packet in. 3.15 hours and €50 on a voucher and I left with roots as bad as I went in with. Shocking is the only workd I can use.

Felt so comfortable with David and he did a fantastic job with my hair. Delighted with my colour and restyle, I will 100% be back again! Fantastic prices at Essence too <3
