All the items were delivered, but it was clear the staff were not v experienced. The package I got said it included a back, neck and shoulder massage. It was merely a 2-min rub with the back while the mask was on; not really a back massage. The products used were not great either. The facial didn’t make my skin feel cleansed. V disappointing.

Let me start by saying that the staff in the place were very friendly. The ambience was average but good for the price I paid. Two things that I was not happy about: 1. We arrived at 1350 for a 1400 appointment. My treatment started at 1411 (I am pedantic about time sorry!!) . Starting late wasn't an issue at all but the lady finished my massage sharp at 1500 hours. The treatment says "Couples Massage - Coconut Melt Massage 1 hr" so I expect a full 60 min. I am not penny pinching but feel its unfair. It was the same for my friend as well. 2. I am not new to the world of massage...any time it says "full body" it means full body (head/face massage may/may not be included so not fussed). However what I got was a 50 min full back body massage. so back, back of the legs and arms...pardon my naivety if this is common...wasnt certainly for me.
