I was late to the appointment so I had no place to complain,but the work done was awful, but this beautician was so kind and sweet- it's just a shame about the turn out, I've been here before and been really happy with the service, so maby it was a one off but these nails were definitely not what up to the standard I expected so much so that as soon as I payed and left, I went straight next door to another salon called Eva nails and beauty and my god I've never been so happy about nails ever

Genuinely one of the best blow drys I have had in a long time. The lady was meticulous and made sure ever hair fell into place which is no easy feat with my mop of hair!
Only minor change I would suggest is that they move the full length mirror in front of the wash basin. It definitely makes the room feel bigger but if you have a skirt on you need to be careful how you sit to protect your modesty

I love the heated bed. I have been having massages at least once a month for 20 yrs. Raquel is an excellent therapist. Receptionist very pleasant.
