Bad customer service. I made an appointment for a 45-mins massage and when I arrived the receptionist suggested changing it to an hour-long one, I accepted. In the end, they only gave me 45 minutes. So when I went to reception to find out what was going on, no one was there. I had to leave. It was definitely a bad experience. Regarding the massage, I felt that the massage therapist had no experience, and she didn't speak English at all and only made signs. I’m really disappointed
