Women working there were very nice but 1 week on from my appointment and my nails are snapping and falling off. This has never happened to me with gel extensions before and has caused me a lot of discomfort.

Been to lotus nails twice now and will go back again. Got BIAB done twice. Both times not at all busy and was able to get a booking easily. Really helpull and friendly staff. Will go back again
