They didn’t even know about my appointment! The lady, who was the only person working there, was confused and told me she was busy and couldn’t take me.

I hate having such negative things to say, but unfortunately my experience with Express Beauty was not good. Firstly, they were not there when I arrived and arrived 8 minutes AFTER my appointment time. I put it off to a once off. My treatment went quite badly - my left eye was in a lot of discomfort for the entire time. I have had the same treatment done before at another salon and had no bad reactions. Apparently it was because I have sensitive eyes which I find hard to believe was the cause of the problem because of my previous experience. My last complaint (I hate saying that!) is that the girl giving my treatment was chewing gum, loudly which would not usually bug me, but when you are lying on your back with someone working directly above your face it becomes extremely frustrating and distracting. I am so sorry to say, but as a result of all of these things, I won't be returning and will be telling my friends of my bad experience.
