Olna put me at ease, and I really relaxed for my Brazilian wax (which I never look forward to). Olna chatted with me and helped me ease into it, she has a lovely energy and personality and did a stellar job of removing my hair from down there! She also asked me to breathe in and out for the sore parts of the wax, which made a huge difference (not sure why more beauticians have never asked me to do this before - it made a huge difference!).
