Very strange experience, the therapist was not familiar with the treatment (cellulite massage)that I booked from the salon menu. She came in when I was changing at the end to fix the bed. I was only 1 minute changing. She was a nice girl just completely inexperienced and untrained

Popped back in to salon 14 today for hybrid lashes. Was a bit apprehensive as the lash technician I'm used to has gone back home, but I was happy with my experience today. I must also mention the lady at the desk who's name escape me, goes above and beyond to ensure your comfortable, happy, and satisfied. She's super professional and accommodating. I will continue to use this salon.

I got BIAB nails done and since the very start the treatment was very poor. The girls just asked me to choose a colour without even showing me a sample so then she put the colour in my nail it was totally different form the bottle (I wanted them green and they turned out kind of a strange blue).
But the worst part is I got them done last Wednesday and by Saturday one of the nails just fell off and another one is already broken (I only worked on Thursday and it was in the computer, not even hard)
