Very happy with the result, my hair is naturally course, thick, frizzy and curly, and Neela patiently iron straightened so at the end it was smooth and shiny. It took her longer that usual because I have a lot of hair and she wanted to make sure that I'm happy and that her job is done properly, good job Neela, most definitely will be back
