Booked & prepaid €50 for shellac. I mixed up the app time-I booked for 12pm but thought I had booked 1pm. I showed up at 1pm and was told by manager that I had missed my app. I asked if they had any other times&she simply said no. She didn’t seem empathetic or willing in any way to accommodate a rebooking or refund. She shrugged her shoulders at me and told me to contact Treatwell. I understand it was my fault I mixed the time up but I was shocked at the lack of professionalism and communication

I've been coming to llona for my Hollywood waxs for a while now and I highly recommend her. She is so pleasant and makes your feel so comfortable. She never disappoints every time I go and she's great for the chats which also keeps me distracted from the pain of the wax but beauty is pain! In a blink of an eye your done ✔ she's fast and efficient and is amazing at what she does.

Ilona is the nicest woman in the world and puts me completely as ease for what I thought would be a very awkward and exposed experience. She was the first waxer I’ve ever been too and I keep coming back for how patient and lovely she is. She keeps me totally distracted and it gets so much easier every time. I would completely recommend her to anyone who is a first timer, or a little nervous or needs to be a little bit minded/eased into it. Or anyone just looking for a solid wax.
