Not the worst, but the second-worst haircut I've received.
They don't speak English well here and my barber completely ignored my instructions. I've been working on growing and maintaining my long hair for 8 months, and despite describing that I wanted to keep it long and keep my curls, this was completely ignored and cut quite short. My barber did not double check with me to ensure she got my instructions correctly, and didnt have good English to understand what I was saying the whole time.
