Usually great experience here but recently I feel they have changed the glue and it really hurts my eyes and leaves them sore and bloodshot for 3 or 4 days after

So I had my eyebrows threaded and tinted in Salon 14 last Friday. I wasn’t greeted went I first came into the salon but told that I was to go upstairs. The girl doing my eyebrows had a PPE face mask on throughout and was coughing, sneezing and sniffling. I thought this was very unhygienic. She wasn’t very polite when I tried to make small talk with her and at one point her phone rang and she had a 5 minute conversion in a foreign language while doing my eyebrows. I have a vain above my eye and at one point she asked “what happened here?”. This was quite insulting. I wasn’t happy with the overall shape and the colour of tint she used. I will not be returning to this salon.
