Had a disturbing experience here & didn’t return in the PM for my brows & nail appointment after my hair.
A customer booked on Groupon & there was a dispute about pricing.The manager/my stylist began recording the customer, making her very upset & shouting at her to “shame herself”. I was covering my face so I wasn’t in the video also, the girl washing my hair even asked if I needed a minute as I was trying not to have a panic attack. Happy with my hair but very upsetting experience overall…
