I booked in for Biab and classic lashes, the lady doing the biab was only learning, took her 1hr and 30 mins to complete the biab which was terrible and had a breakage the next day. As the biab took so long it ran into my time for my classsic lashes which then could not be completed, staff offered to rebook for another day but as I was going on holiday the next day I requested a refund. 3 days later I am still waiting on my refund. Would absolutely not return
