I contacted you about this on avison.chris@gmail.com. I paid you €15. I arrived before time for my appointment. Nobody acknowledged me and I sat and watched. I did not like the look of the haircuts being done to 3 customers. I decided it was not the place for me with my old man's hair! I told one of your operatives I was cancelling and again, he nodded and failed to acknowledge my appointment, or the fact I was cancelling. I left without a haircut and €15 less well off. Bad business by you.
