Didn't get the haircut I asked for even though I asked twice an paid for a skin fade but wasn't given one. Paid for a beard trim and shape an it was only half trimmed but came way further up my neck without even asking. Put a razor over my eyebrows with asking. Been going here a few years but this was the worst experience by far.
