I'm not sure of the name of the person who initially was taking the polish off. I don't think she typically does nails as she seemed to really struggle. I was then transferred to someone else (I really wish I knew her name) who was amazing.

I had booked in the salon was extremely busy and I had more than one person doing my nails as one was called to do a pedicure and the the other called to do eyelashes. Nails were lovely not a huge delay but overall a messy experience
