Should not be giving out appointments if the owner does not know how to manage them. Shouts at customers. Extremely rude. Staff are excellent but owner ruins everyone's experience by not managing appointments correctly. Will never be back.

Booked me AND my daughter in for 12.15 for her birthday.
Got seen at 1.15 and had to be done seperately so it was another extra hour on top of the delay.
Got our hands done and was told no time to do our toes EVEN THO WE WERE BOTH BOOKED IN FOR BOTH TREATMENTS! got shouted at in front of an extremely packed shop that it was my fault? I have no idea how this was my fault I had my booking information in my email. My daughter 6 got charged adult prices when I queried this I got shouted at again.
