Place was packed and clearly overbooked 2 women were left waiting 40 mins even though they had bookings. 2 different people did my nails, first guy i'm presuming was the owner? got up multiple times to attend to the desk or complete other tasks in the middle of doing my nails. The second girl who took over although she was nice did an awful job at my nails, french tips are all wonky and there's an air bubble in one of the nails from the acrylic not setting right. Overall would not go back.

the staff are incredibly nice and very patient and pay attention to detail. the place is very clean and spacious.

Kept waiting 50 minutes after appointment time with no apology and other people with later appointment times being seen to first. Haven’t had that experience before but seemed they had taken in more walk ins and late arrivals
