30 min wait for my appointment when I arrived on time. Asked for cat eye again, the lady nodded but gave me a plain colour again. Didn't want to redo them as didn't have time. Biab on one nail cracked & lifted after 3 days. Usually no problems here. Seems to really depend on what worker you get, some more experienced and less rushed than others.
