Quality and service has gone way down. I waited over 30 minutes for an appointment I booked, and then asked if I wanted to cancel because they were late?! The end result wasn’t great- Biab applied really thickly, technician made my nails shorter even though I asked to keep the length, and the edges were messy with paint on my fingers. Salon way too busy and other people were left waiting, overheard another woman whose nails were also cut too short. Need to improve, used to be my go-to place.
