Awful experience there today! I've been a loyal customer getting BIAB for 2 years. The technician's inability to do the nail art I wanted (A flower), led to the manager becoming irate at me after I changed my mind and asked for a different flower.

Therapist was fab, she was so nice and did a good job. However, this is sold as a service on site as lasting over one hour, one hour 15 I believe. This service lasted 35 minutes, and while she did a great job, I was expecting a longer service.
