Went to get my nails refilled and 2 days later the gel is lifting off all nails. I rang the shop and the woman was very unhelpful. She Refused to give me a refund even though the fault was theirs and only offered to re do the nails. I explained to the lady this was not do able at this moment in time. She offered no alternative. Why would I choose to get my nails done by the same people given how bad of a job they did first time and how extremely rude she was on the phone and uncooperative.
