Beyond rude. Won’t be back, having been attending for 2 years now I was shocked at today’s service it had genuinely sent me in the opposite direction. Biab was horrific and its half see through, not complete on edges and looks dirty before I even leave the salon. Never had this experience before, so upon telling the manager I wasn’t happy he says it’s my nails. Anyone who had been in this circumstance will understand the frustration.
