Had a different nail technician than usual - maybe new. I asked for cat eye and she didnt understand so I opted for a simple colour instead. I asked for a 'little bit' of length off and she cut them VERY short!! shortest they have been in 2 years, will take months to regrow. The shaping is was not good too, very uneven, had to fix myself at home. 3 stars as they are usually better ^^
