I’ve been coming here since December 2024, but today’s experience with Peter, the owner, was shocking. I requested a French set with gold tips, and my technician said it required acrylics. Another tech suggested using chrome, but Peter shut it down, made me switch techs mid-appointment, and yelled at staff, slamming nail books. My new tech did an amazing job, but the owner’s unprofessional behavior makes me question supporting this business. A salon should be relaxing, not stressful.
