The staff treats customers as objects, no smiles or warm welcome, they talk in their own language, I had the impression that they were commenting on some customers. The first time, my nails were done by a different girl, she made them very nice, this time my cuticles weren't even cut, I have mixed feelings.

I am a returning customer who has visited many of times, this time wasn’t a great experience, my French tips broke the next day, had them fixed but a further three broke later that day. Always get French and this never happened before
