The first thing you’re told- card payment not available so cash or revolut.
They pass you a catalog with cheap nail polish/gel but although they advertise OPI too, don’t give this option to customers.
When you’re booking the services you want you expect the staff know what you have booked. I had to remind them.
While I was having the services with them, got the email through treatwell that I didn’t show up for the appointment.
The pedicure was pretty good, but manicure was a total disaster.
