I arrived for my appointment 20 minutes early only to be left waiting 30 minutes after my appointment was due to start. The lady doing my pedicure seemed very in a rush and caught my skin with the nail clippers on two occasions (didn’t even apologise). She then rushed through the shellac on both feet there is shellac varnish overspill on some nails and most of my nails are shaped odd/incorrectly, I then went to complain to the manager and he said it’s not his fault I just have to deal with it.
