Lovely nail technician who was nice to chat with while she did my nails. The staff are always great and my nails look great. Just took a few stars off ambience as they are taking in walk ins and you can tell people with bookings are getting annoyed.

I struggled to decide a colour and would have liked advice but because Lisa’s English isn’t great she seemed reluctant to advise. She then encouraged me to get a 3-D effect but didn’t explain it. Her colleague beside her did. That said, I love the 3-D effect.
