I am a regular customer, however, I was not happy at all with my experience this time around. I was left waiting a whole extra hour even though I had made an appointment online. Several other women were also left waiting even though they had their appointments booked online. There’s a booking system for a reason - if it isn’t adhered to, it shouldn’t be in place. Also, “cash only” is an inconvenience for customers. Card and revolut payments need to be brought back.

Should not be giving out appointments if the owner does not know how to manage them. Shouts at customers. Extremely rude. Staff are excellent but owner ruins everyone's experience by not managing appointments correctly. Will never be back.
