I arrived at 12 for my appointment and I was seated immediately, the girl doing my BIAB coughed throughout the whole process (even had to leave and cough and come back!!) I asked for short nails (one had broke so I wanted all to match) it took her 3 attempts to do it, she applied the BIAB but never cleaned up the sides so I have BIAB at the edge of my nails. My cuticles were not edged properly so they are overgrown over my BIAB. I left that salon at 12.32, so the WHOLE process took 32 minutes!

I took points off for this visit as I had prepaid for my appointment and waited 30mins after my booking time before I was seated. I had other appointments that day that so I was disappointed. I was told by the manager “it’s Christmas” which isn’t good enough when you’ve paid in full for an appointment. He was prioritising walk ins which shouldn’t be the case.
