Left waiting 40 mins after appointment time to get started, was seated then Linda walked away fro another 5-10 minutes, she came back clearly with a bad attitude and in bad form. She was rude the whole time throughout my appointment, she stood up at one stage, grabbed my hand and shoved it further into the nail lamp without asking me first to put it in further. Lovely salon but terrible service.
