I had a terrible experience at this salon, I arrived on time and waited 22 minutes as they were overbooked. I kept being told 5 more minutes until I decided to ask for a refund and leave. I was told I had to contact Treatwell for a refund. But there is no option to contact Treatwell with my complaint and no refund came to me. I have emailed the salon and sent messages to Treatwell and received no reply in over one week. In short I have paid for a manicure that I never received & no refund given
